Demo Video Question

Jul 2, 2010 at 1:22 PM

Hi, I have noticed that in your video you do this code to get the activity:

CreateTask act = (CreateTask)sender;

You get the task of the sender, instead of using the name of the activity.

I have seen this before, but i don't find an explanation to do this...

Can you explain me why you get the activities in this way?

Thanks!!!

Yes I can,

the instance that is accessible through the named variable is not always the same as the one in the sender field. For instance when putting your tasks in a replicator. The replicator dynamically creates more instances, the one in sender is always correct. So, I always use it.
