Do you have any ideas how to use the SharePoint controls?

I am trying to add <SharePoint:PeopleEditor>into WorkflowConfiguration.ascx. This is what I got:

Unknown server tag 'SharePoint:PeopleEditor'.   at System.Web.UI.TemplateParser.ProcessError(String message)
   at System.Web.UI.TemplateParser.ProcessBeginTag(Match match, String inputText)
   at System.Web.UI.TemplateParser.ParseStringInternal(String text, Encoding fileEncoding)

WorkflowConfiguration.ascx
....
<tpg:InputFormSection runat="server"
      Title="Default Approver"
      Description="Specify the user who will be the default approver for this workflow association.">
        <ContentTemplate>
            <tpg:InputFormControl runat="server"
              LabelText="Approver:"
              ExampleText="yourcompany\john.doe">
                <ControlTemplate>
                          <SharePoint:PeopleEditor
                          id="pickerApprover"
                          AllowEmpty="false"
                          ValidatorEnabled="true"
                          MultiSelect="false"
                          runat="server"
                          SelectionSet="User"
                          width='300px'
                        />
                </ControlTemplate>
            </tpg:InputFormControl>
        </ContentTemplate>
    </tpg:InputFormSection>
....

I would appreciate any help!

Did you add the <@Reference tagprefix=””  stuff on top of your ascx file? Open any ASPX in the layouts folder to see what I mean.

hi keio,

what exactly was the problem? How did you fix it?

Cheers

I didn't put TagPrefix="tpg" in the right place.
